What you will do
- Lead the creation and execution of Go-to-Market strategies for new and existing mobile titles, defining audience growth plans.
- Translate product features into clear, differentiated value propositions and develop creative strategies for UA, Community, Influencer Marketing, and CRM.
- Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns using data-driven insights and contribute to building a strong community and content creator program.
- Support end-to-end product launches, ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Creative Marketing, Licensors, and Central Publishing teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform product strategy and manage relationships with licensors and third-party partners.
- Build and nurture a team of marketers as the game progresses and scales, managing executive communications for all marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading and running marketing strategies and teams.
- Hands-on experience bringing successful games to market, driving acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Highly analytical with a deep understanding of game and marketing KPIs, ensuring data and community-driven approaches.
- Creative problem-solving skills, growth mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for influencer and community-oriented marketing programs for games with loyal fan bases.
- English: B2 required.
