What you will do

• Define and execute the Core Tech roadmap for a hit mobile game, ensuring strong infrastructure and scalability.
• Own key systems like login/account flows, platform integrations, and performance tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, QA, and LiveOps teams.
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear product priorities.
• Monitor and improve system performance, proactively addressing issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a technical or platform-focused role.
• Strong understanding of the mobile casual games market and player behavior.
• Familiarity with live game tech: SDKs, performance tools, monitoring, LiveOps, and managing tech debt.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical topics into clear priorities.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Work from European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity projects.
• Experience improving developer tooling or backend systems for live games.
