Product Manager (Live Ops) (Gamedev): Driving the long-term success and performance of a top mobile game, All in Hole, with an accent on retention, engagement, and monetization through continuous iteration and live content. Focus on data-informed decisions, building and maintaining the live roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the live experience.

What you will do
- Own live ops initiatives for the game, defining and delivering live features, events, and improvements.
- Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing player behavior and game performance.
- Build and maintain the live roadmap, planning short- and mid-term live content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tech, art, and analytics teams.
- Continuously optimize the live experience by monitoring KPIs and refining features.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management (Live Ops) for mobile games.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and structure clear hypotheses.
- Analytical skills to analyze large amounts of data and make data-informed decisions.
- Solid knowledge of the casual or hybrid-casual mobile games market and player behavior.
- Experience supporting or owning product roadmaps and prioritization.
Nice to have
- Experience working on top-performing or top-grossing mobile games.
- Exposure to A/B testing, live events, or monetization systems.
- Experience working in a highly data-driven product organization.
