What you will do

• Own Retake’s pricing strategy across subscriptions, paywalls, trials, discounts, and geo-specific offers.
• Design and run pricing and monetization experiments to improve conversion, ARPU, and long-term revenue.
• Lead Retake’s localization strategy, moving beyond translation to true market adaptation.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential markets in collaboration with growth and marketing.
• Propose and drive market-specific product ideas to improve local adoption and performance.
• Turn learnings from pricing, localization, and market expansion at Retake into reusable best practices.

Requirements

• You bring 2+ years of experience working with data and analysis.
• You’ve worked on pricing, monetization, growth, or experimentation problems.
• You combine analytical rigor with creativity, especially when it comes to pricing, paywalls, and value perception.
• You work well across engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• You take ownership naturally, think like a builder, and enjoy driving change.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription products, gaming economies, or data-heavy consumer apps.
• Exposure to localization, international expansion, or market-specific product work.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks or A/B testing.
• Experience working on AI-powered or creative tools.
