What you will do
- Own the Puzzle division product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and player needs.
- Lead and grow the Product team, supporting PMs/POs and building strong ways of working.
- Drive execution across the full game lifecycle, from soft launch to live operations.
- Use data to improve performance, optimizing progression, difficulty, retention, and monetization.
- Partner with UA/Marketing to align product beats with growth and profitability.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with experience launching and scaling mobile titles.
- Puzzle expertise: Understanding of progression, difficulty, level performance, and live events.
- Strong analytical mindset: Comfortable making decisions with data and experiments.
- Leadership experience: Ability to lead PMs/POs and align cross-functional teams.
- Fast, iterative approach: You execute quickly and learn from results.
