What you will do

• Own the Puzzle division product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and player needs.
• Lead and grow the Product team, supporting PMs/POs and building strong ways of working.
• Drive execution across the full game lifecycle, from soft launch to live operations.
• Use data to improve performance, optimizing progression, difficulty, retention, and monetization.
• Partner with UA/Marketing to align product beats with growth and profitability.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with experience launching and scaling mobile titles.
• Understanding of progression, difficulty, level performance, and live events in Puzzle games.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable making decisions with data and experiments.
• Leadership experience with the ability to lead PMs/POs and align cross-functional teams.
• Fast, iterative approach to execute quickly and learn from results.
