What you will do

• Implement monetization strategies and activate in-game offers to optimize revenues and player experience.
• Analyze in-game offer performance to inform future planning.
• Recommend rewards and monetization game features to create a player-focused economic system.
• Contribute to in-game event design to engage users.
• Collaborate with game designers on new features to maximize player satisfaction and monetization opportunities.
• Drive new initiatives for monetizing and rewarding the customer base.

Requirements

• Knowledge of F2P mobile market, industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
• Knowledge of game design, balancing, pacing, and monetization strategies for F2P games.
• Interest in live ops and monetization in mobile games.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a rigorous, logical mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent level of English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience on F2P/mobile games or with mobile game development.
• Skillful at complex Excel spreadsheets and experience with data analysis.
• Videogames design degree or equivalent.
• Experience with live ops.
