TL;DR
Principal Analyst (Marketing Analytics): Analyzing marketing data, developing insights, and providing recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns with an accent on ROI analysis, campaign performance evaluation, and customer segmentation. Focus on building predictive models, optimizing data architecture, and translating complex data into actionable business growth strategies.
Location: Hybrid for Denver, San Francisco, and New York City (2-3 days/week in office). Remote work is available for most other US locations.
Salary: $129,975 - $193,500 USD per year.

What you will do
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic marketing.
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance across various lead sources and conduct ROI analysis.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product marketing, and finance teams to align strategies.
- Work with data scientists and data engineering to develop predictive models and required data architecture.
- Partner with User Experience Research (UXR) to identify customer trends and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
