What you will do

• Measure paid and organic marketing performance and its impact on Brand Awareness, MAU, Registration, and Subscription growth.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Community Partnership, Design, and leadership teams to accelerate learning.
• Define and implement data-inspired solutions to drive the growth of the hirify.global platform.
• Provide actionable data insights to cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company.
• Enable data-informed decision-making to optimize marketing impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York and able to work on-site at least three days per week.
• Proven experience in marketing analytics and measuring performance/growth metrics.
• Ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Passion for delivering actionable data insights in a high-visibility role.
