Senior Product Marketing Analyst (Marketing Analytics): Develop and execute advanced marketing analytics strategies to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and support data-driven decisions with an accent on attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics. Location: Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S. based on manager approval. Seattle, WA headquarters.

Salary: $132,000 – $165,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards for real-time monitoring of multi-channel marketing performance including paid media, organic, email, and in-app campaigns.
  • Develop marketing attribution models using probabilistic approaches to estimate ROI and inform budget allocation.
  • Perform customer segmentation and lifecycle modeling for personalized targeting to boost engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments with causal inference to optimize decision-making.
  • Leverage predictive analytics, clustering, time-series forecasting, and propensity scoring for campaign optimization.
  • Develop statistical and machine learning models to generate insights from marketing data for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years applying predictive analytics and modeling in financial services to optimize marketing and customer experience.
  • 1+ year experience with product/marketing performance analysis, automated dashboards, A/B experiments, customer experience analysis, forecasting models, and methodologies like cohort analysis, segmentation, funnel analysis.
  • 1+ year collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams on design, sizing, and prioritization.
  • Experience with Databricks, Excel, Power BI, Python, R, Snowflake, SQL, Tableau.
