TL;DR

Early Career Sales Talent (Fintech): Supporting small businesses by guiding them through hirify.global's payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR solutions, with an accent on customer experience and advisory selling. Location: This role is open to candidates based in the **United States**. Candidates located near hirify.global offices (Denver, San Francisco, New York City, Scottsdale) will be expected to work from the office approximately **2-3 days per week**.

Compensation: $20.00–$28.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers or partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping small businesses select the right hirify.global solutions.
  • Support customers through the onboarding process for a smooth start.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and a commitment to ethical, customer-first selling.
  • Maintain accurate notes and pipeline details in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • **1–3 years of experience** in a sales or customer service role.
  • Experience working in high-volume environments including inbound and outbound calling.
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding goals and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • A passion for consultative, solution-oriented selling and helping small businesses succeed.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
