What you will do

• Handle inbound calls from customers who have already expressed interest via the app.
• Simplify the insurance process by helping users compare 55+ different providers.
• Address customer concerns and provide expert advice to ensure confidence in their choices.
• Close deals by helping customers finalize and activate their new insurance policies.

Requirements

• Experience working in high-standard retail environments (e.g., Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco).
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations.
• Ability to remain upbeat and genuinely enjoy helping people throughout the day.
• Comfortable multitasking and navigating multiple software screens during live calls.

• Possession of an insurance license (though the company provides training and pays for the exam if not held).
