Salary: $80,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from contract close to go-live, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, track success via OKRs, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including clinicians, IT teams, and administrators during implementation.
• Oversee system configuration, integration, and testing, ensuring alignment with customer workflows and technical environments.
• Deliver customized training sessions for end-users to ensure early adoption of the Scribe product.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation, best practices, and contribute to the design of systems and processes for scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Mathematics, Biology, or related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical proficiency, including experience with data analysis and API integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience managing internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or medical documentation workflows.
• Proficiency in Retool or SQL.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Experience in prompt engineering.
