What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementations for complex Control Tower awards, moving customers to a fully integrated, live steady state.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Order Management (OM) and Booking Management (BM) functionality, guiding customers through data integrations and process mapping.
- Proactively identify process gaps, solve real-time puzzles, and document solutions for organizational enablement.
- Serve as the "Project Command Center," holding stakeholders accountable to tight timelines and high-fidelity data standards.
- Partner with Product and Sales to iterate on implementation collateral, including AI-driven kickoff videos and UAT templates.
- Proactively identify and escalate implementation lifecycle risks to leadership to ensure target go-live dates are met.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with 4+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, enterprise software implementation, or complex project management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical developers and enterprise customers.
- Strong interest in or experience with ERP integrations, EDI/API workflows, and SaaS value propositions.
- Excellent program management skills to handle multiple large-scale implementations simultaneously.
- A "Builder" mindset, thriving in ambiguous situations by creating and documenting processes.
- Track record of urgency, accountability, and full ownership of customer success.
