Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York

Salary: $136,800 – $162,000 a year

What you will do

• Partner directly with the Transfer/Money Movement team on strategic and operational initiatives.
• Own foundational work across Payments PA, including monthly business reports, OKR tracking, and recurring reporting.
• Build key metrics, tracking, and dashboards to support Payments initiatives and drive relevant behavior changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations across the PA and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement them.
• Initiate, manage, and successfully execute new, cross-functional initiatives that increase alignment.
• Partner with other teams and functions to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in management consulting or investment banking.
• Direct experience with Finance / Tech.
• Experience with operational improvement projects.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years operating experience (BizOps or Strategy and Ops at an earlier stage company).
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
• Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in workloads.
