What you will do

• Lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously, managing projects and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Apply CLM and legal operations best practices to design scalable processes and advise on change management.
• Leverage product expertise, including AI features, to design, configure, and optimize contracting processes.
• Manage challenging customer conversations, reset expectations, and guide phased delivery plans.
• Serve as the internal "Voice of Customer" by sharing product feedback with the Product team.
• Stay updated on product releases, especially AI and workflow automation, to guide customers effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with B2B SaaS companies.
• Comfortable translating business requirements into scalable product configurations and workflows.
• Demonstrated capability to establish meaningful customer relationships and manage expectations.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures by running structured discovery and design.
• Familiarity with CLM and legal ops business processes; exposure to AI-assisted contracting is a plus.
• Experience learning and adapting quickly to a growing organization with frequent product releases.
