What you will do
- Drive successful implementation projects for hirify.global's compensation software, ensuring strong adoption and meaningful business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations, creating detailed project plans and maintaining clear communication.
- Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor, leveraging the platform to solve complex compensation challenges.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify platform improvements and contribute to product evolution.
- Build strong relationships with customers through creative problem-solving and understanding their unique business needs.
- Execute on technical needs with integrations, data migration, and configurations.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-10 years as a customer-facing CSE, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep experience and knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and API integrations.
- Meticulous project management skills with proven success in execution.
- Creative problem solver focused on customer outcomes and understanding the "why" behind asks.
- Comfortable working autonomously with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders (project managers, Heads of People, Finance).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and able to wear multiple hats.
- Proven success in project management, customer-facing polish, and technical acumen.
- English: B2+ required.
