What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for large companies (10K-30K employees) within an assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and Strategic Alliances to close opportunities and self-source new leads.
  • Lead consultative sales pitches, including discovery, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Prioritize strategic accounts and opportunities aligned with national sales strategy.
  • Build business cases for VPs/C-levels at mid-size organizations.
  • Develop and grow partnerships with health insurance brokers and consultants.
  • Travel as needed to close sales and/or support industry events (~30%).
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of quota attainment in an Enterprise sales role for 8+ years.
  • Deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful, collaborative sales approach.
  • Entrepreneurial focus with determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success as an individual contributor, closing 6-figure deals.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year for sales pitches and industry events.
