What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for large companies (10K-30K employees) within an assigned territory.
- Collaborate with BDRs and Strategic Alliances to close opportunities and self-source new leads.
- Lead consultative sales pitches, including discovery, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Prioritize strategic accounts and opportunities aligned with national sales strategy.
- Build business cases for VPs/C-levels at mid-size organizations.
- Develop and grow partnerships with health insurance brokers and consultants.
- Travel as needed to close sales and/or support industry events (~30%).
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong track record of quota attainment in an Enterprise sales role for 8+ years.
- Deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
- Outstanding communication skills and a thoughtful, collaborative sales approach.
- Entrepreneurial focus with determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success as an individual contributor, closing 6-figure deals.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the year for sales pitches and industry events.
