TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Federal): Developing strategic partnerships with Federal/Military customers to ensure the cyber resilience SaaS platform delivers on strategic outcomes with an accent on effective onboarding, value realization, and identifying growth opportunities. Focus on managing relationships at federal agencies, implementing customer solutions, and driving customer adoption and satisfaction.

Location: Given the customer base that this role will be responsible for, we’re currently considering candidates who are physically located in & around the DC Metro area, Virginia and Maryland.

Salary: $110,825–$150,087 base salary range.

What you will do

  • Partner with customers for effective onboarding, agreeing on outcomes, and working towards success criteria.
  • Train clients on maximizing product suite utilization.
  • Set strategies for the customer, put in place objectives, and measure success.
  • Collaborate with professional service and customer support teams to deliver a strategic vision.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales to help them close.
  • Run customer success reviews with clients to ensure value is understood at an executive level.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success management, account management, or equivalent within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with & managing relationships at federal agencies, military branches and/or civilian municipalities.
  • Exceptional planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in implementing customer solutions.
  • Proven track record in project management, managing multiple projects to completion.
  • Ability to maintain a high-valued outcome-based relationship with an eclectic customer profile base.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity.
  • Active security clearance.
