TL;DR

Benefits Advocate (Health Insurance): Advocating for and supporting small businesses with their health insurance benefits, acting as a subject matter expert for hirify.global’s core products with an accent on enhancing user experience and mitigating churn risk. Focus on building customer trust, proactively resolving inquiries, and leveraging AI-assisted tools for efficient support.

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, Phoenix, AZ, or Las Vegas, NV. Employees in San Francisco and New York City offices are expected to work 2-3 days per week from the office. A secure and reliable internet connection is required for non-office days.

Salary: $21.00–$35.00 per hour.

What you will do

  • Own the customer journey by building trust and partnership through phone, email, and Zoom interactions.
  • Provide passionate, opinionated, consistent, expert, reliable support for health insurance benefits inquiries.
  • Partner with internal teams to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns throughout the benefits renewal process.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate research and communication.
  • Identify churn risk and quickly act to deliver solutions to mitigate it.
  • Build and maintain relationships built on trust and collaboration with admins.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of customer experience with 1+ years of full-time experience in health insurance benefits.
  • Proven ability to proactively and reactively support customers, driving their success, happiness, and loyalty.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex subjects clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, Google Calendar, Gmail, and Chili Piper.
  • Excels in balancing inbound calls, scheduled meetings, and email inquiries while managing and prioritizing multiple high-priority resolutions effectively.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
