Location: hirify.global has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week. The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. Must be based in the United States, with hybrid work in designated office cities (Scottsdale, Denver, San Francisco, New York).

Salary: $143,000–$179,000/yr (Scottsdale & most remote US locations) or $184,000–$230,000/yr (San Francisco & New York).

What you will do

• Lead long-term strategy, research, and market positioning for new payroll tax products.
• Focus the organization on high-leverage investments to ensure market-winning payroll tax offerings.
• Partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, CX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Accelerate execution by clarifying requirements, initiating strategic projects, and driving team momentum.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on product management experience, including 3+ years building 0 to 1 products.
• Proven product discovery skills in highly regulated categories.
• Experience building personalized products or optimized workflows using Gen AI/ML.
• Extraordinary cross-functional collaborator and leader.
• Ability to identify emerging opportunities, build business cases, define product vision and strategy, and create a roadmap.
• English: B2 required.
• Work from US only (hybrid in Scottsdale, Denver, San Francisco, New York).
