What you will do

  • Coach a team of Outbound Field Account Executives to deliver a customer-first sales experience.
  • Empower your team in the field to generate interest in Lightspeed through walk-ins and customized outreach.
  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting, forecasting, and analyzing Account Executive activity metrics.
  • Take responsibility for new business targets for your team and expand the customer base.
  • Grow territories by hiring and building your field sales team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, account managers, and implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Experience hiring, leading and coaching a team of Field Account Executives is required.
  • Management experience with a full cycle sales team, from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
  • A strong passion for being in the field with your team.
  • Outbound sales experience is a must.

  • Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
