Head of Sales (AI): Scaling the commercial function and leading a sales team for the AtlasNXT product with an accent on driving consistent revenue growth and market expansion. Location: Hybrid in Farringdon, United Kingdom (1-2 days per week in office). You will also have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Own and scale the sales function, driving consistent revenue growth across AtlasNXT.
- Actively win new business and support Sales Executives to close deals.
- Lead RFQs and complex bids, producing compelling, competitive responses.
- Collaborate with Product to identify and execute opportunities for new market, vertical, and geographic expansion.
- Develop and iterate go-to-market plans, adapting quickly based on performance and feedback.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable sales processes and tooling, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales in AI, SaaS or tech scale-up, with essential UK market experience.
- Demonstrable success scaling sales processes from early-stage growth.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Experience working directly with founders and C-suite stakeholders.
- Data-driven, highly organised, and comfortable operating in fast-changing environments.
- A hands-on leader who balances strategy with execution.
