Location: hirify.global has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, hirify.global's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
Salary: $195,745/yr to $241,419/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $229,785/yr to $283,402/yr for San Francisco & New York.

What you will do
- Empower and develop a team of 20, including directly managing two recruiting managers.
- Strategically partner with VP+ Engineering leaders on recruiting process and long-term growth goals.
- Review, select, and implement innovative AI-driven tools and data-informed strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain technical talent that reflects hirify.global's customer base.
- Innovate on top-of-funnel strategies, including employer brand, community relations, and referrals.
- Build and leverage data infrastructure for capacity forecasting, sourcing strategies, and executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 12+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 6+ years in people management.
- Experience managing managers and leading large teams (15-20+) in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of building large-scale engineering organizations.
- Curiosity and proven ability to learn and apply AI-driven tools for operational efficiency.
- Experience working as a peer to VP+ technical leaders to influence hiring philosophy.
- Thrives in hands-on leadership while setting clear strategic direction.
