• Coach candidates and interviewers throughout the hiring process.
• Identify and implement improvements in recruiting processes.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in New York City or Washington, D.C., United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5-7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with 2-5 years in-house preferred.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to high-level customer service for candidates.
