hirify.global has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, hirify.global's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale. The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas. When approved to work from a location other than a hirify.global office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.

Salary: $152,655–$225,000/yr USD

What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global's accountant community strategy across various channels.
• Represent hirify.global externally to the accountant audience through thought leadership, speaking, events, and partnerships.
• Develop and scale community programs and experiences (virtual and in-person) for accountants.
• Own and evolve hirify.global's accountant-facing thought leadership strategy, partnering with internal teams.
• Design and execute events and sponsorship strategies to strengthen brand affinity and accelerate funnel impact.
• Establish feedback loops with accountants to surface insights that inform product positioning and messaging.

Requirements

• This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in a hirify.global office located in Denver, San Francisco, New York City, or Scottsdale.
• 7–10 years of experience in community marketing, ideally within partner- or relationship-driven industries.
• Proven experience building and scaling communities or external-facing programs that drive trust and engagement.
• Strong track record of representing a brand externally through events, speaking, partnerships, or thought leadership.
• Experience developing integrated programs that connect brand and community efforts to measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for senior, professional audiences.
• Data-informed mindset with experience defining and measuring success across various metrics.
• AI fluency: Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Glean) to improve efficiency in content creation and insight generation.
