TL;DR

Sr. Product Marketing Manager (AI): Crafting and executing product marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth of Copilot for Education among students, with an accent on compelling product messaging and cross-channel marketing coordination. Focus on understanding Gen Z behaviors and leveraging data insights to refine marketing approaches.

Location: Required to be local to the San Francisco/Redmond area and in office 4 days a week.

Salary: USD $130,900 – $251,900 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies focused on student adoption and growth.
  • Craft clear, compelling product messaging that speaks directly to student needs and aspirations.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives that highlight Copilot’s unique value in education.
  • Coordinate cohesive marketing efforts across social media, paid media, out-of-home advertising, on-campus events, ambassador programs, and marketing agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Analyze market trends and student feedback to continuously refine marketing approaches.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree and 4+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years experience in business, product, service, project or program management.
  • Proven experience in product marketing with a strong focus on student or education markets.
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z behaviors, preferences, and communication channels.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including social, paid media, events, and partnerships.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
