Creator Acquisition Manager (AI): Owning and refining creator acquisition and onboarding for 's music creator programs, including Hooks, focusing on executing scaled creator sourcing and outreach. Focus on building professional relationships, engaging with new artists, and shaping the future of 's creator ecosystem amidst ambitious growth plans.
Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, US. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US and are expected to work from the office 5 days a week.
Compensation: $110,000–$150,000, plus equity

What you will do
- Own and refine creator acquisition strategy for 's product and various programs.
- Execute scaled creator sourcing and outreach across email, DMs, agencies, and other partners.
- Set up scaled, agentic approaches for thousands of creator outbound weekly.
- Manage a warmer outreach funnel to onboard larger creators and run partner calls.
- Track outreach, onboarding, and Hooks activation against weekly goals.
- Manage creator CRM for inbound and onboarding workflows and work cross-functionally for seamless handoffs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in creator acquisition, creator operations, or artist/creator-focused partnerships.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Comfort executing high-volume, detail-oriented work with ownership and accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with creators and team members.
- Experience working with CRMs and operational systems (or strong aptitude to learn quickly).
- Strong network of creators and artists that you can quickly activate for programs.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and operational reporting.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and enthusiasm for refining early systems.
- Passion for creator ecosystems and music.
