Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, US. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US and are expected to work from the office 5 days a week.

Compensation: $110,000–$150,000, plus equity

What you will do

• Own and refine creator acquisition strategy for hirify.global's product and various programs.
• Execute scaled creator sourcing and outreach across email, DMs, agencies, and other partners.
• Set up scaled, agentic approaches for thousands of creator outbound weekly.
• Manage a warmer outreach funnel to onboard larger creators and run partner calls.
• Track outreach, onboarding, and Hooks activation against weekly goals.
• Manage creator CRM for inbound and onboarding workflows and work cross-functionally for seamless handoffs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in creator acquisition, creator operations, or artist/creator-focused partnerships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfort executing high-volume, detail-oriented work with ownership and accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with creators and team members.
• Experience working with CRMs and operational systems (or strong aptitude to learn quickly).
• Strong network of creators and artists that you can quickly activate for programs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and operational reporting.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and enthusiasm for refining early systems.
• Passion for creator ecosystems and music.
