What you will do

  • Generate prospective restaurant lists and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Conduct demos and develop customized solutions for prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage all sales activities and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and position hirify.global effectively.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sourcing/closing customers, restaurant operations, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills with negotiation ability.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in both German and English are required.
  • Must be willing to be out in your territory on a daily basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience with self-sourcing clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
