TL;DR

Inside Account Executive (EDU): Formulating and executing sales strategies to bring new customers and grow existing ones within the education market, focusing on Apple device management solutions. Focus on developing relationships with stakeholders and channel partners, managing the sales cycle, and meeting quarterly targets.

Location: Remote only from Germany. Candidates must be based in Germany and have sponsorship to live and work in Germany.

What you will do

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies for assigned territory to acquire net new customers and grow existing ones.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners, managing the entire sales-cycle.
  • Win opportunities in collaboration with channel partners to meet quarterly targets.
  • Assist and enable channel partners by providing resources and tools, especially for larger opportunities.
  • Close opportunities with Education customers, ensuring the product best fits their needs.
  • Maintain and increase understanding of hirify.global solutions' business value and advocate customer needs cross-departmentally.

Requirements

  • Fluent oral and written language skills in English and German.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, business, or entrepreneurial role.
  • General experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) models.
  • General experience in selling to new and existing customers, preferably in software sales within high-growth technologies or education.
  • Business acumen and a self-starter mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Education or a strong interest in Education.
  • Experience navigating and negotiating legal agreements.
