TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Benefits & PEO, AI): Leading the strategy and execution for hirify.global's benefits brokerage and PEO offering, with an accent on driving growth, building new products like Workers' Compensation, and leveraging AI for innovative solutions. Focus on defining long-term strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, and accelerating execution in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote team members across the US and Canada. Offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York. Employees based in office locations are expected to work 2-3 days per week from the office.

Salary: Targeted at $152,000 to $190,000/yr in Denver & most major metro locations, and $184,000 to $230,000/yr for San Francisco, New York, & Seattle.

What you will do

  • Lead long-term product strategy, market positioning, and investment identification for Benefits & PEO.
  • Focus the organization on high-leverage investments and decisions for a cohesive offering.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, CX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Accelerate execution by clarifying requirements and driving initiatives forward.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • For PEO Growth: 0 →1 and/or growth experience required within a regulated domain (payroll, tax, HR, accounting).
  • For Workers’ Compensation: Minimum of at least 1 year in a PEO or tech forward commercial P&C Insurance company.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect across customer needs, product design, operations, pricing, and go-to-market.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Bias towards action, comfort with ambiguity, and desire to drive progress on long-term priorities.
