What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new team members.
- Create, curate, and maintain engaging enablement content, including training materials, product guides, sales methodology decks, and playbooks.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, on product knowledge, sales skills, and process improvements.
- Implement processes for capturing and analyzing data related to enablement initiatives, leveraging Salesforce.
- Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting teams to align enablement efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enablement, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, ideally with financial services experience.
- Strong expertise in developing and delivering effective onboarding and training programs.
- Hands-on experience in content creation and managing content repositories.
- Proficiency in enablement platforms such as Docebo, Articulate, Gong, and Google Workspace.
- Proficiency in data capture and analysis, with knowledge of Salesforce for reporting and data management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch/Flemish.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and a data-driven mindset.
