TL;DR

Field Sales Manager (Hospitality): Leading and coaching a team of Outbound Field Account Executives to build customer relationships and expand the customer base for restaurant technology solutions with an accent on hands-on coaching and achieving new business targets. Focus on empowering the team to generate interest through walk-ins and customised outreach while utilising Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.

Location: Must be based in Manchester, Leeds, or Liverpool.

What you will do

  • Coach your team to build a customer-first sales experience and showcase the hirify.global platform to restaurateurs.
  • Empower your team in the field to generate interest through walk-ins and customised outreach.
  • Utilise Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyse conversion rates, and Account Executive activity metrics.
  • Take responsibility for new business targets for your team.
  • Grow territories by expanding the customer base, continuing to hire and build your field sales team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, account managers, implementation, and other internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
  • Management of a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
  • A passion for being in the field with your team and outbound sales experience is a must.

Nice to have

  • Experience within SaaS, hospitality or restaurants.
