What you will do
- Coach your team to build a customer-first sales experience and showcase the hirify.global platform to restaurateurs.
- Empower your team in the field to generate interest through walk-ins and customised outreach.
- Utilise Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyse conversion rates, and Account Executive activity metrics.
- Take responsibility for new business targets for your team.
- Grow territories by expanding the customer base, continuing to hire and build your field sales team.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, account managers, implementation, and other internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
- Management of a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
- A passion for being in the field with your team and outbound sales experience is a must.
