What you will do
- Define and implement ambitious sales strategies for the Nordics and Benelux regions.
- Lead and coach an Enterprise sales team and help them engage with prospective clients.
- Drive performance and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Set targets, performance plans, and objective standards for Account Executives.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain new sales Account Executives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, RevOps, and internal stakeholders to optimize processes and tool usage.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling and coaching sales team members.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS solution sales or consultative sales.
- Proven ability to approach and build successful client/prospect meetings with C-level/VP executives.
- Familiarity with Sustainability, CSR, ESG.
- Superior verbal and written communication, negotiation, and sales skills in English.
- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
