What you will do

  • Lead and coach Territory Account Executives in Northern England and Scotland through active in-market engagement.
  • Model world-class selling by joining prospect/customer meetings and demonstrating product fluency.
  • Manage pipeline and KPIs, diagnose gaps, and guide AEs to progress high-quality opportunities.
  • Build a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture, setting clear expectations and providing hands-on coaching.
  • Become a product and competitive expert to effectively articulate Square's value and differentiation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with community networks to strengthen product-market fit and amplify brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales success, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing field account executives.
  • Experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales.
  • Strong bias toward action, experimentation, and thoughtful decision-making.
  • Proven track record of building winning, high-performing cultures through hands-on leadership.
  • Extensive experience operating in a metrics-driven sales organization.
  • English: B2 required.
