What you will do

  • Lead and coach Territory Account Executives in Northern England and Scotland, providing in-market guidance on sales strategy.
  • Model world-class selling by participating in prospect and customer meetings, demonstrating product fluency.
  • Manage pipeline and KPIs, diagnosing gaps and guiding AEs to progress high-quality opportunities.
  • Build a high-performance culture defined by trust, clear expectations, and ownership.
  • Scale sales expertise and processes, ensuring the team articulates Square's value and differentiation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with community networks to amplify brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles, managing field account executives.
  • Extensive experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, metrics-driven sales teams.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate with senior executives.
  • Must own regional coverage across Northern England and Scotland, requiring frequent travel within the region.
