- Build a high-performance culture defined by trust, clear expectations, and ownership.

Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles, managing field account executives.
- Extensive experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, metrics-driven sales teams.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate with senior executives.
- Must own regional coverage across Northern England and Scotland, requiring frequent travel within the region.
