What you will do
- Manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments to articulate and demonstrate hirify.global' value proposition to potential prospects.
- Participate in 1-2 major national trade fairs per year, organizing on-site meetings with customers.
- Proactively search for new business opportunities through cold calling and cold emailing.
- Analyze and interpret data from your pipeline using advanced sales tools to continuously improve strategies.
- Reach and exceed monthly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
Requirements
- Italian as a mother tongue is required.
- English: B2 level required.
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales team (SaaS, Software, Services) with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Team player with a winning mentality and a desire to consistently exceed monthly quotas.
- Skilled at analyzing and interpreting data to make decisions and continuously improve business strategies.
- Highly organized, meticulous in planning agenda, and timely in CRM updates.
- Strong motivation to sell into the SMEs market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
