What you will do
- Implement sales tactics to achieve corporate revenue/profit goals aligned with hirify.global’s expansion strategy.
- Grow businesses with new and existing key customers, maximizing cross-sales opportunities.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of client business to drive customer-centric opportunities.
- Position hirify.global as a business partner to address client goals within Digital, Business & Technology transformation.
- Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders to generate and drive deals through the sales process.
- Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting dashboard.
Requirements
- Experience in Business-to-Business and software sales background.
- Proven track record in Account Management.
- Demonstrated ability to provide solutions and change behavior in support of business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Ability to handle complex and dynamic requirements and deadlines.
- Native-level or professional fluency (C1/C2) in German is essential.
