What you will do

  • Implement sales tactics to achieve corporate revenue/profit goals aligned with hirify.global’s expansion strategy.
  • Grow businesses with new and existing key customers, maximizing cross-sales opportunities.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of client business to drive customer-centric opportunities.
  • Position hirify.global as a business partner to address client goals within Digital, Business & Technology transformation.
  • Foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders to generate and drive deals through the sales process.
  • Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate pipeline and reporting dashboard.

Requirements

  • Experience in Business-to-Business and software sales background.
  • Proven track record in Account Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide solutions and change behavior in support of business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to handle complex and dynamic requirements and deadlines.
  • Native-level or professional fluency (C1/C2) in German is essential.
