What you will do
- Build and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, solution selling, and deal closure.
- Create and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops for Field Sales Account Executives.
- Develop high-impact enablement assets such as playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales Leadership for alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Provide targeted coaching and conduct ride-alongs/shadowing sessions with Field Sales Account Executives.
- Build and maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure performance standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience delivering enablement programs for Field Sales, Outside Sales, or Outbound Sales Motions, preferably in global SaaS companies.
- Experience evaluating enablement program effectiveness and impact on business metrics.
- Proven track record of creating field sales enablement content and tools that drive behavioral change.
- Extensive travel within the region (50-75%) is required.
- Native speaker of the region (UK, Germany, France, or Belgium) is required for linguistic and cultural fluency.
- Strong understanding of Field Sales functions, sales methodologies, CRM systems (particularly Salesforce), and sales technology.
Nice to have
- Experience working in the field—travelling with reps, observing customer interactions, and delivering in-the-moment coaching.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Comfort with frequent travel and a hands-on coaching style.
