What you will do
- Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing-generated sources via telephone and email.
- Create a positive first impression for prospects and customers.
- Identify customer needs to determine the suitability of hirify.global solutions.
- Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
- Maintain the existing customer database using Salesforce, ensuring all communications are logged.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to develop strategies for growing the sales pipeline and meeting goals.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
- Experience with technology (software, mobile, or other).
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
