Manager Inside Sales (Sales): Coaching and mentoring technical sales and sales operations teams to achieve ambitious growth targets with an accent on developing new business and managing the overall sales process. Focus on improving lead generation and conversion, negotiating contracts, and assisting with customer escalations.
Location: Must be based at the office in Oosterhout, Netherlands
Salary: €90.000–€120.000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Actively coach and mentor the Technical Sales and Sales Operations teams.
- Support the team in developing new business and identifying improvements.
- Manage the overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Improve Marketing & Sales cooperation for lead generation and conversion.
- Work with 's technical, business, and procurement decision makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercials or economics.
- 7+ years of Sales experience with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (level C2/C1).
- Sufficient IT knowledge to engage with technical colleagues and customers.
- Must have a daily presence at the office in Oosterhout.
