What you will do
- Nurture excellent relationships with existing customers and ensure their ongoing success.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and Success Plans.
- Monitor customer usage data and health indicators to strategize for account retention and growth.
- Advocate industry and customer needs within the Lightspeed organization.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to provide customer satisfaction and resolve at-risk events.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English required.
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
- Professional poise and confidence while communicating with customers.
- Great task and time management skills to handle a funnel and proactively approach customers.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to use Salesforce, Churn Zero.
