What you will do

  • Nurture strong relationships with existing retail customers to ensure their ongoing success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas by driving expansion within your book of business.
  • Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and create Success Plans for customers.
  • Monitor customer data and health indicators to develop strategies for account retention and growth.
  • Advocate customer and industry needs internally to support product innovation and investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (implementation, support, product) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
  • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
  • Professional poise and confidence in customer communication.
  • Excellent task and time management skills, including funnel management.
  • Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to use Salesforce and Churn Zero.
  • Industry expertise in retail/hospitality.
