What you will do
- Nurture strong relationships with existing retail customers to ensure their ongoing success.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by driving expansion within your book of business.
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and create Success Plans for customers.
- Monitor customer data and health indicators to develop strategies for account retention and growth.
- Advocate customer and industry needs internally to support product innovation and investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (implementation, support, product) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
- Experience in customer success, account management, sales development, or business development.
- Understanding of solution-based consultative sales and customer success in a SaaS environment.
- Professional poise and confidence in customer communication.
- Excellent task and time management skills, including funnel management.
- Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to use Salesforce and Churn Zero.
