Partner Growth Manager (Sales): Responsible for the growth of existing commercial and strategic partnerships to drive new merchants within the EMEA market. Focus on developing and maintaining the pipeline, achieving channel sales quotas and ensuring high-quality communication between channel partners and Lightspeed.

What you will do

  • Actively engage with existing referral partners to bring in new customers to Lightspeed.
  • Research and trend the enterprise app market to determine new apps and pricing.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the pipeline to deliver the assigned territories market strategy.
  • Achieve the channel sales quotas in assigned geographical regions.
  • Manage and develop the onboarding of new partners, including training and go to market strategy.
  • Bring in new referral partnerships by outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of partnerships/B2B experience (Software sales experience preferred).
  • Amazing negotiating skills, always keeping in mind the need of customers, the partner and the market.
  • Great understanding of the Partnership landscape, especially within EMEA.
  • Experience to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment.
