What you will do
- Lead a global team of project and marketing operations managers across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Drive the annual strategic and financial planning cycle, collaborating with Finance and Revenue Operations.
- Manage the marketing management operating system, including meeting cadences, offsites, and business reviews.
- Craft executive-level communications and oversee Marketing-wide communication channels.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen marketing’s operational health through process improvements, tool optimization, and change management.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of program and project management professionals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Strategy, or Program Management, with 5+ years leading teams in global or matrixed organizations.
- Proven success leading annual planning and financial operations for a marketing or GTM organization.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, able to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading organizational change and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with executive stakeholders.
- Strong command of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, Asana).
- Experience partnering with Finance and HR on budget management and headcount planning.
