TL;DR

Inbound Account Executive (Retail Sales Technology): Driving revenue by managing qualified leads, conducting screen-sharing presentations, and building solutions for retailers adopting hirify.global's commerce platform. Focus on achieving and surpassing sales quotas, effectively leading prospects through a defined sales process, and collaborating within a team environment.

Location: Remote, located throughout The United States and Canada, with scheduled shifts from 9:00AM - 6:00PM PST.

Salary: $57,000 - $95,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Follow-up on and manage qualified leads by phone and email.
  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations and demos for potential customers.
  • Work with management on pricing negotiations and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Coordinate appointments with Sales Development Representatives.
  • Effectively lead prospects through a defined sales process and track progress in Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate within a team environment to grow the business.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably in a closing role within a solution-sales or technology-related environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and telephone manner.
  • Experience with and solid understanding of quoting, invoicing, and purchasing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a target-based environment.
