What you will do

• Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote financial services offerings.
• Provide high levels of service and drive awareness and adoption of hirify.global Capital.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify financial service opportunities within your book of business.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize business growth.
• Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service to merchants.
• Employ effective business development and relationship management techniques.

Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
• Fluency in French.
