What you will do
- Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using calling, emailing, and social media.
- Define clients’ underlying business needs, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and iterate target lists based on market research and collaboration with leadership.
- Partner with the sales team on interested prospects regarding key stakeholders, client information, and approach.
- Maintain a detailed record of sales data through Salesforce.com.
- Deliver compelling presentations that compel new clients to work with the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years of lead generation and/or sales experience in a high-growth business environment, selling SaaS or HR solutions to strategic corporations.
- Heavy preference for previous business development experience in the assessments niche.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft CRM applications.
- Collaborative and excels in a team environment.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Language requirements: Native‑level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
