What you will do

• Find new business opportunities for Bob’s evergrowing HRIS solution.
• Build relationships in key markets to create new opportunities and open doors for new business.
• Use multiple methods to connect with prospects, including calls, emails, and live events.
• Research and map out accounts to ensure high-quality opportunities.
• Work with Account Executives to plan creative outreach and win new business.
• Share feedback with the team to improve strategies and content.

Requirements

• No tech sales background needed; bring the right skills, a good attitude, and a drive to learn.
• Experience in designing and executing creative campaigns.
• Ability to build real relationships with prospects and showcase how hirify.global can transform their business.
• Capability to guide potential customers through their first steps.
