Solutions Consultant, Integrations (Financial Systems)

TL;DR

Solutions Consultant (Integrations): Partnering with prospects and clients to drive a mutual understanding of hirify.global’s vast integration ecosystem, spanning ERPs, Cloud Storage, SSO, and other Financial systems. Focus on demonstrating integration requirements, answering technical questions, securing IT approval, and providing feedback to product/engineering teams on integration gaps.

Location: Hybrid in London, England. Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time.

What you will do

• Serve as subject matter expert for hirify.global’s integration ecosystem, including pre-built APIs, custom APIs, SFTP, and SAML.
• Join late-stage Sales opportunities to demonstrate integration requirements and secure IT approval from prospective customers.
• Strategize with the Sales team on technical buy-in and next steps for prospects.
• Collaborate with the Product/Engineering team on developments needed from an integration perspective.
• Ensure all customer-facing technical guides for third-party integrations are up-to-date.
• Deliver required integrations and hirify.global test environments for occasional proof of concepts.
• Write regular expressions to parse file names and contents for data processing as part of integrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a Financial Business Systems/Technical IT Consulting role with a focus on integrations.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, associated needs, and pain points.
• Energetic communicator with strong verbal and written skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to communicate technical IT concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ERP systems, including configuration, integration, or migration of modules.
• Experience with cloud storage systems and administrative experience.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and administrative experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Degree in IT, Business Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with scripting and data formats (e.g., regex, JSON, Python, SQL) for advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience publishing and/or updating technical documentation.
