What you will do
- Lead the Account and Key Account Management team to drive customer retention and growth.
- Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform.
- Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure a smooth handover process.
- Refine and optimize current processes and tools for customer relationships.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers.
- Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a relevant Account Management team leadership role.
- Relevant work experience in software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, technology, retail, hospitality, IT solutions, SaaS, or POS.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a group towards common goals and deliver results.
- German speaking is required.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
